At Qoali AB, 559144-3147, you can buy top quality blankets and accessories. We aim to always provide professional and high quality service to our customers. We want you to feel safe when you shop with us; therefore we always follow the Consumer Purchasing Act and the Distance and Home Sales Act.

Terms and conditions

We ship the goods within 24 hours, and the normal delivery time is 1-3 days. During high season it may take longer.

We ship orders with Postnord / DHL / TNT. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the carrier.

The notification to you as a private person indicates which agent the package was sent to. If you have entered a mobile number in the order, you will receive an SMS from DHL when your item is available for pick-up at the delivery point. If you have not provided a mobile number, you will instead receive an email when your item is ready to be retrieved. Through the webshop it is only possible to have a product delivered within Sweden. If you would like an item shipped outside Sweden, please contact us at support@qoali.com. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the carrier.

If you find any damage to the package, you must immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim immediately upon delivery. Do not retrieve a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of the nature that it can be attributed to the mail or carrier's handling, you should contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it returns to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you 300 SEK for our work on handling the goods.

If the delivery time against the presumption is longer than stated in your order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible after the delay has been announced to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation claims to the customer regarding delivery delays.

In Sweden, Qoali offers free shipping and free return of weighted blankets.

Return policy

We comply with the law on distance contracts in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered defective goods provided they are unused and that the packaging is unbroken for up to 14 days.

Canceled purchases must be notified via email to support@qoali.com where the order number must be stated. When the item is returned to Qoali and we have ensured that the package is unbroken and the item is in the same condition as you received it, a refund will be made.

Right to exchange

You have the right to exchange ordered goods without giving any reason. You do this by notifying us at support@qoali.com within 60 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused for replacement to be approved. That is, the packaging must be unbroken. We are responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend that you ask us before ordering if you are unsure.

Handling of personal data

The mobile number or email you enter at checkout may be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication relating to your order and newsletter. We will never distribute your information to any other party.

Any disputes will be resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and refer otherwise to the European Commission's dispute settlement tool online: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
